Beautiful and unique Bordjalou Kazak rug. Woven around 1880 in the southwest Caucasus. The lovely mihrab in outstanding blue color surrounded by multiple borders in different colors. Look at the row of animals (dogs) at the lower part of the mihrab which make it so attractive and extremely rare. All colors are absolutely bold and natural. Made wool on wool. 5'3" x 4‘6".
